Party Hats

  I entered a Birthday Bake Off at our School Ladies Guild Meeting.  I tried to be creative when I came up with the idea.  It took a little longer then expected.. but I did like the turn out.  I did win at the Back off.

I made homemade carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. for the hats, I used sugar cones and frosted them with tinted frosting and tossed spinkles on them.
